How often it reportsYou choose, on the device. Every 5–15 minutes is typical; ingest is capped at 30 readings a minute per device.
If it goes quietBuffered readings are accepted on reconnect. Nothing for three hours raises an offline alert and emails you.
How long we keep itFull resolution for 90 days, hourly averages for 13 months, daily averages indefinitely.
What we trackNo third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers. One cookie, and it keeps you signed in.
